Contact Ti.Live, we read everything

Account trouble, a missing coin top-up, a report to escalate, an appeal or a data request: all of it goes to [email protected]. Tell us your nickname and what happened, attach screenshots if you have them, and we will take it from there.

Fastest route?

Email [email protected] with your nickname, the time and a screenshot. Safety reports jump the queue.

One inbox, read by real people

The quickest way to reach the Ti.Live team is email: [email protected]. Every message lands with people who can actually look up your account, check a purchase or review a report. We read messages in the order they arrive and move anything about safety or minors to the front of the queue.

Before writing, it is worth a look at the help center; many everyday questions, like where the Reward Center is or how to switch off the camera, are answered there in a sentence.

What to put in your message

A few details let us find the right account and the right moment without a long back-and-forth:

  1. 01

    Your nickname

The name shown on your Ti.Live profile, and roughly when you created or last used it.

  2. 02

    What happened

A short description, the date and time (with your time zone), and the other person's nickname if it involves someone else.

  3. 03

    Any proof

Screenshots of the chat, the purchase receipt or the error message. Attach them as images.

Keep your password and full card number to yourself. No genuine Ti.Live message, by email or inside the site, will request either.

Asking about your data

Three requests are always open to you: see what Ti.Live has on file about you, fix anything inaccurate, or wipe your account. Our privacy policy spells out each data type and how long it stays. Payment and report records sometimes have to outlive an account for a while, for legal or safety reasons, and our reply will say so whenever that happens.

Questions we cannot answer

tilive.chat is an independent site. We cannot help with accounts, diamonds or coins in the Ti.Live app published by another company in the app stores; please contact that app's publisher directly. The about page explains the difference.

We also cannot share another member's personal information, even after a report. If you are in danger or a crime has happened, contact local police; we cooperate with valid legal requests. For everything else on tilive.chat, from a stuck coin balance to a question about a live room, we are happy to hear from you.

questions people ask

Support questions

How do I contact Ti.Live support?

Email [email protected] with your nickname, what happened and any screenshots. Safety reports are handled first.

How long does Ti.Live take to reply?

Replies go out first come, first served, except that safety and underage reports skip ahead. Including the details listed on this page speeds things up.

My coin purchase did not arrive. What should I do?

Send the receipt, the time of purchase and your nickname to [email protected]. We will check the payment and correct your balance if needed.

How do I delete my Ti.Live account?

Email [email protected] asking for deletion and include your nickname. We confirm and remove the account as the privacy policy describes.

Can I appeal a ban or restriction?

Yes. Send your nickname and explain what you believe went wrong; a moderator who was not involved the first time reviews the case.

Can you help with the Ti.Live app from the app store?

No. We only run tilive.chat and cannot access accounts or coins in other apps, including one with a similar name.

Does Ti.Live have a phone number?

No. Email lets us attach your case to your account and keep a record, so it is the only support channel.

Will Ti.Live ever ask for my password?

Never. A message that claims to be Ti.Live and wants your password or card number is fake, whatever channel it arrives through.
